The Linear Reactivity Model (LRM) is a simple nuclear fuel management model that comes with an IBM-compatible diskette containing three programs. Great reference text

Very interesting topic-discusses hand and computer methods for fuel management. Rather than focus on theoretical or ideal models, this book discusses how linear reactivity models can be applied to a real reactor with leakage, nonuniform loading and flux, and how to factor those into burnup calculations and reload designs. I can't think of another book out there that covers fuel management with as much depth, which is just as well since this one does a great job.
Unfortunately the disk that comes with the book was a 5 1/2" floppy, so my computer couldn't read-other than that a great product. Would recommend. Book was used, but came in like-new condition.
